Weather The weather around New Year's is a little hard to predict, but most likely, it’ll be in the high 50’s or lower 60’s during the day, and in the low 40’s at night. Warmer than NYC, cooler than you might think. The winter is the “rainy season” out here as well, so there’s always a chance it’ll rain. |
Attire Boonville is a really chill, country town, so if you pack nothing but high heels and fancy clothes, you’re going to feel a little out of place. Liza and Aaron will be dressed really casually for most of the weekend – jeans, sweatshirts, etc. – and we’ll only get a bit dressier on Saturday for the ceremony itself. So, bring one nice outfit, and just wear what you like to wear the rest of the time. |
Music If you want to bring some music, go for it. Andrew and Aaron will be taking turns playing different playlists off their iPods all weekend, and if you want to get in on the fun, feel free. We reserve the right to veto any suggestions however (that means don’t bring your show tunes, theater crew – ahem – Liza just vetoed that suggestion – show tunes are heartily welcomed). |

Drinks We’re going to have plenty of soft drinks, juice, coffee, wine and beer for you all weekend, but if you’d like something else (harder stuff, baby formula, etc.), please BYO. |
Questions If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us: Liza: cell phone (510 717 9094) or email

Credits Aaron’s brother Andrew Ackermann created this website. It’s beautiful, it’s one of the first ones he’s ever done, and we are extremely grateful. Congratulate him when you see him at the wedding. |

Gifts Your presence is truly a gift. We mean that: we've been living together for years, we have everything we need - and a ton of stuff we don't!. If we can't persuade you of that, we would love you to make a contribution on our behalf to People's Grocery or BAYCAT, two local organizations stregnthening the health and vitality of the Bay Area. Both websites have information about their programs and how to make a donation. If you just can't help yourselves and you know that we take pleasure in healthy communities AND shiny pots and pans, we have also registered for some upgrades at Williams-Sonoma. If you would like to send us any sort of package, please send it to us at this NEW address: 2887 College Ave. #304, Berkeley, CA 94705. Thanks! |
